Yes you should be able to create a connection object and pass a connect
string such as:
Driver={OpenLink Generic 32 Bit Driver};HOST=localhost;ServerType=SQLServer
7;Database=pubs;UID=sa;PWD=
I've not actually tested this, so I'm not sure how odbc_connect will handle
this. You may need to dump this into a sting variable first?

My provider supports asp, php ad microsoft access (mdb) databases but not
system dsn setup.
