Ill take a Richard Lynch on this one since you didnt post any code.
<HOLDING HAND TO BROW AND SUMMONING THE PHP GURU TO

In other words WILD GUESS TIME
If your having a problem with IE cookies its probably that your not setting
the path in the cookie but you are setting the time.
So this cookie would work in Internet Explorer:
setcookie ("cookie_name", "value");
This cookie wouldnt work in Internet Explorer:
setcookie ("cookie_name", "value", time()+3600);
But works in Netscape
The reason is when you set the time in a cookie IE only works
if you also set the path
So this cookie would fix the IE non working cookie from above by
adding the path:
setcookie ("cookie_name", "value", time()+3600 , "/");
Again this is a WILD GUESS since you didnt send any code but the
above cookie stuff does account for the USUAL problems when cookies
work in Netscape and dont work in Internet Explorer
