Does anyone know the reason for the type mismatch error which often seems to happen when using COM objects? The only piece of info I've seen suggested that a COM object can't be passed as a variable to a second COM object. Is this true, and if it is how might this be worked around. Thanks for any suggestions. Skipsey.
