Nope :)
you could tell them to right click on a link and then click save... but
users tend to be stupid and would screw that up. :)
you could also pop up another php window (getting back on topic here) and
have it read the source file and spit the code out in <pre> tags </pre> but
that isnt what you asked for... it would just show them the code.
