1. No, if they're in a string like with " " or ' ' or escaped you'll
be
fine
2. Yes, compile php as the cgi version, and on the first line of the script
put #!/path/to/php -q
(-q for quiet mode), set the script +rx and run it (its treated like an
sh/perl script, just ran thru the parser)
