This is probably where your problem is. $hostname, $domain, $tld,
and $fullname have to be defined in the function. Try echoing them
inside of the function. You should either pass them to the function:
function($hostname, $domain, $tld, $fullname);
or declare them as global inside of the function.
function() {
global $hostname, $domain, $tld, $fullname);
