dba_open() error

I have been trying to learn how to program CSV databases (those non-relational databases) and PHP is constantly giving me error messages when I try to open a database file with the dba_open() function. I had a whole block of code, thought that perhaps something else was causing the problem, so I wrote a test file consisting: <?php $db = dba_open("database.db", "r", "db2"); echo $db; ?> and that didn't work. I keep getting the message, "Fatal error: Call to unsupported or undefined function dba_open() in c:\sano graphics\website\/misc/php/test.php3 on line 4" Can anyone give me any pointers on how this problem can be solved?
