Right, but there's almost no point doing so. You just slightly improve the
performance.
What I am trying to design would be a total caching system. No PHP and
Database involved if nothing changed in the database records and PHP
templates. In this way there's no connections neither the CPU load is up.
simple .TXT files.

That's why I'm only using the DB for caching (i.e. I store nothing iin
the filesystem). Still fast enough, and more robust.
