I'm afraid you'll have to run your upload script as a cgi.
try adding this to the top of your page:
#!/usr/bin/php
you'll probably have to change the file extention to .cgi and put the script
in your cgi-bin
(not sure about that).
you should change ISP ,unless it's a free one you're using.
