Check out php.ini -- there's a temp upload setting in there ... my RPM installed a default with lots of comments in it so it's easy to find. It is *possible* that you have more than one php.ini file and/or the Apache (?) module isn't using the one you think it is. Check for this to make sure your settings take effect. James.
