It is not exactly clear what you are doing. Are you buffering up the HTML file with ob_start, and then flushing the buffer after you run the buffer through htmldoc, that is, are you processing everything before into html before you flush out the page? If you are not buffering, then you probably have a side effect that you are "blaming" on a red herring, namely, "more than ten records". Though I cannot know with the information supplied, it seems that you are not buffering, and ten records just happens to be the amount when the Apache buffer "fills" and sends the first packet. Then, what is left at the end of the built-up HTML, is a fragment in any case of "illegal HTML" that htmldoc will break on...
