Just to get the facts straight, how are you referencing the form
elements from PHP?
The track-vars option places the form element values into an associative
array (string-indexed array) where the keys are the NAME attributes of
the form element tags. So in your case, you would reference
$HTTP_POST_VARS ["rating_2"]
$HTTP_POST_VARS ["available_2"]
etc....
One thing you could try is referencing the form elements directly:
$rating_2
$available_2
etc....
and see if they are still empty.
