You could read the mysql manual to see how to create a table through a sql
query:
CREATE TABLE table_name (
field1 VARCHAR (255) NOT NULL,
field2 INT (11) DEFAULT '0' NOT NULL,
field3 TEXT NOT NULL
);
That's just an example of how to do it.
You would put that in the mysql_query() function.
Good luck,
Tyler
