U got it....
But change the corresponding from mysql to oracle....
$query = "Select * from register where user='" . $user . "'";
$AllData = mysql_db_query($Database,$query);
$OneRow = mysql_fetch_row($AllData);
if ($OneRow){
echo "Userid " . $user . " has already been choosen and does not
exist.<br> Please change the userid.";
exit;
}
