PHP4 DLL problems on WINNT4

PHP4pl2 for WINNT doesnt come with all the DLL's that are need for various php extensions ... when you load the extensions in the php.ini file and run php you get errors saying that the extensions you loaded can not be found. PHP3 was packaged with all the DLL's. Why doesnt PHP4 come with them and where can we find all the libraries, would renaming the old PHP3 DLL's so that PHP4 can find them work, i would assume since PHP4 is a complete rewrite, that the DLL's have been rewritten since PHP3 and would not work with PHP4 Any help would be greatly appreciated.
