not at all. the only kind of "scripting" that the
client controlls is client-side scripting. browsers
do not have any control over server-side scripting.
PHP, Perl, C++, etc. are server-side.
Javascript is client-side.
if you disable scripting in MSIE, absolutely
nothing related with PHP will be affected, but
javascript will not work...
that's why i asked for a better definition of
your question - becuase "Scripting" can mean
so many different things.
PS: just remember that client and server are
completely separate.
