Almost for sure, no. Basically, if it's being made available to PHP, it will appear in <?php phpinfo();?> If it's not in phpinfo(), that's because your server didn't provide it. The Windows login username has absolutely no connection whatsoever to their Internet access AFAIK. Thus, it's never even given to the browser, much less to the web-server, and thusly not to PHP. There *MIGHT* be a DLL out there that you could use to call the Windows functions and take a login from the web-browser and validate against the Windows users...
