I don't really know, but off the top of my head I'd say know.
The only way I know of to check hot mail other than going to the hotmail
page is to use outlook express, which has built in PROPRIETARY support for
hotmail.
I guess you might be able to kludge some sort of fopen() scheme if you knew
the myriad variables that needed to be passed, but even that sounds dodgy.
My answer would be, get a real e mail account.
