odbc_fetch_row is not like mysql_fetch_row.
It just moves the cursor and returns true/false.
You need to call odbc_result to get actual results.
They just ain't designed the same way.
Because that's the API for ODBC and MySQL -- PHP tries to not add too much
cruft (okay, almost none) to the raw database APIs.
