Dear colleagues,
I am making some mistake, but I am not able to find out, what one:
Trying to insert results of a program into my page, I use:

$cosi=1;
$progr = "cmd.exe";
echo Is_Executable($progr);
$neco = System($progr,$cosi);
$progr = "Php1.exe";
echo Is_Executable($progr);
$neco = System($progr,$cosi);
?>
But I get

I am running PHP4 under Win NT, SP5, PWS.
