You really don't need this line...
> $tmp2 = explode("<||>",$tmp[$i]);
> for ($j = 0; $j < sizeof($tmp2);$j++){
Try assigning $tmp3 = $tmp2[$j] and using $tmp3 below.
Also, var_dumb($tmp3) and see what it is.
