payflow pro hosed

Hello, I am having a problem with an ISP that has installed the payflow pro (top of phpinfo shown) and yet it keeps showing up as an unknown function. PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function: pfpro_init() in /..... PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function: pfpro_process() in /..... I noticed its compiled as --with-pfpro=shared,/usr/local/payflow and in /usr/local/payflow are found the following files: /usr/local/payflow/bin/pfpro.c /usr/local/payflow/bin/pfpro.h /usr/local/payflow/bin/pfpro /usr/local/payflow/bin/pfpro-file /usr/local/payflow/lib/libpfpro.so Anyone care to share their configuration options, phpinfo, hints, tips? I'm at a loss, it looks like everything is setup correctly, but it still doesn't work.
