Go over your results like this instead:
while ($row = mysql_fetch_row($result)) {
echo $row['listnum']; // displays 'listnum' field
echo $row['officephone']; // etc...
}
(I've assumed your syntax for the mysql_fetch_row() function, I haven't used
it in a while (use PostgreSQL myself)).
