Decent Web Calendar With Moderated Public Postings

Hello, I'd like to find a good web calendar which will allow the general public to enter suggested events into a web calendar. I would want these suggested events to be moderated so that they can be verified. Does anyone know of a package that would allow this type of moderated public posting? I looked at Webcalendar: http://webcalendar.sourceforge.net/ Which looks great for a number of things, but it doesn't seem to allow moderated anonymous posting. Suggestions would be appreciated.
