How do I use 'strtotime' function or equivalent to
convert a variable containing a 'date'. I have a
date field in a database and would like to produce
output for different time zones.
I've searched and found that, the following will work
using the date() function. But how do I supply 'any'
date to the function?
this...
$eastern = date("g:i A");
$pacific = date("g:i A", strtotime("-3 hour"));
$greenwich = date("g:i A", strtotime("+5 hour"));
correctly produces...
4:31 PM
1:31 PM
9:31 PM
Thanks,
Vic
