more date & time problems

First time poster I have a little problem...well not really...it's my server that's giving me the headache. I want to print the date and time in the browser but their server time is off like +14 hours...I have e-mailed them several times to correct this but apparently my request has fallen on deaf...eyes. My question is, is there a way to get the date/time from another server? This is kinda NOT a php question, other than that I am using it to get the date/time.
