This is going to sound silly, but after more than a year
using PHP, I can't find the php3.ini file. I don't think
my ISP installed it properly. Would someone be kind enough
to tell me where it belongs? The other httpd config files
are in /var/www/conf and php3.ini is not there. The manual
refers to moving it from the distribution to /usr/local/lib
and it's not there either. Where does php3 expect to find
it?
