Do it in DNS.
domain.net.zone
---------------
www IN A 1.1.1.1
domain.org.zone
---------------
www IN A 1.1.1.1
1.1.1.zone
----------
1.1.1.1 IN PTR www.domain.net
httpd.conf
----------
<VirtualHost 1.1.1.1>
ServerName www.domain.net
# This virtual host serves www.domain.net and www.domain.org, using
# only one IP address...
#
# Reverse DNS, and the ServerName of both appear as www.domain.net.
#
</VirtualHost>
