This is a Problem of PHP 4.06 which has a hardcoded font path. The path
can't be overridden by the TTF function parameters. The only possible thing
to do is to find out the correct path PHP is searching in, or use 4.05.
Should be something like c:/usr/share/fonts/truetype. You can try Filemon
from www.sysinternals.com to determine the directory.
