Any clue when PHP 4.0.7 is coming out? I need the "open_basedir" option that 4.0.7 has added. I've downloaded snapshots from snaps.php.net but those are 4.0.8-dev and acting weird. (IE gives many "page not found" errors. Refreshing the screen sometimes finds the page again.) Is there a place to download a 4.0.7-rc source, even if it's not officially released?
