You haven't given much info, but there is probably a problem with your
HTML that is created after the insert, and Netscape is kludging over it.
You would need to give us some more info about what is supposed to happen
after the insert... and what is happening. Perhaps some code snippets
and an error message?
It probably has nothing at all to do with the database connection, as that is
all server-side and your problem appears to manifest client side.
