Whichever way your company wants to do it.
Consistency is all that matters, really.

Subject: naming convention in php?
hi,
i want to know is there any naming convention followed in php as
in c/c++/java/etc.
i am puzzled how naming of variables are done in large scale
projects, where codes are written by one and debug by others.
best regards from saif
