if your using apache you can set up a <Files> directive in you httpd.conf or
.htaccess
<Directory ...>
<Files blah.php>
php_value session.cache_limiter "private"
</Files>
<Files foobar.php>
php_value session.cache_limiter "private"
<Files>
</Directory>
you can put a <Files> directive in for each file you want caching on.
