You mean at the PHP user level? Nope. Peoples' opinions vary too much on
how things should be written. For example, I really don't like the Object
Oriented approach for web apps. Others swear by it.
At the PHP internals development level we do have coding standards. They
are outlined in the CODING_STANDARDS document in the distribution.
