Twice as many SERVERS.
Those PHP3 mostly belong to whom is having "security" or "stability"
problems (of course it is not true, but some people are conservative you
know). I mean that those are web hosts. A server like that can have
literally hundreds of sites by different developers.
You should rethink of that number.

PHP3 = 320303 (31.35%)
PHP2 = 43 (0.004%)
PHP/FI = 4685 (0.46%)
Unknown PHP Version Number = 23982 (2.35%)
So based on these numbers, twice as many people are using PHP4 as PHP3.
It gives me something to think about. Thanks for the info.
