I have seen your code , no error , maybe the error accured in mysql
database. but mysql_query() will not reflect any error message as I met
before.
I suggest: Insert code below after mysql_query(),It will show what happened
in database.
$result = mysql( YOUR INSERT SQL ) or die(mysql_error());
