If you are using MySQL and PHP, then I suggest getting phpMyAdmin from
http://www.phpwizard.com That program will do just about
everything for you
as far as managing a MySQL database is concerned. It'll do the LOAD DATA
INFILE for you...you can even choose what the deliminator is.
