phpdoc designer wanted

Hi! I would like to ask somebody to help us out to design a really cool interface for the Windows HTML Help version of the PHP manual. There is an absolutely alpha stage plan currently up there at http://www.goba.hu/chm_proto.chm The design was made by me. The dropdown menus are made with HierMenus, the icons are from a desktop theme created by a person named Copland. I am not satisfied with the design, and I can only be satisfied with a real cool professional one, I am unable to produce. There are many cool plans about the CHM version. Full credit will be given to the person, who can make a cool professional design for the CHM version.
