Hi,
I decided to change a page or two of mine to
accept the username & password with the pop up box ..
Header("WWW-Authenticate: Basic realm=\"Admin Login\"");
Header("HTTP/1.0 401 Unauthorized");
Before I was just using a form ..
Anyway, now I can not get the entered password
to match what's in the database ..
The password is encrypted with md5()
Yet when I encrypt $HTTP_AUTH_PW and compare the two ..
they are nothing alike :-|
I'm using the same functions to do all this ..
as when I was using the form entry ..
All I'm doing is changing where the username and password come from ..
So does anyone have any idea what's going on ?
Thanks,
