Programming with GOTO is not structural. Read documentation. One of the
programmers who built fetchmail says that every program always reach the time
when some code have to be thown and written again. Think about how you can
rewrite your application. I'm sure that if you do this you will be happier.
I've written a class for template based system for 6-7 months. But at present
time when I look at it I think that it is dinosaur. I've made patches here
and there in it to be compatible with previous versions but one day I decided
to stop and rewrite all. The result : better system, faster applications,
lowered cpu load of the server.
Give yourself day or two to think how it can be expandable, do you need to
make a core engine with an API then module writing to be fun.
These are just suggestions.

P.S.
There is no GOTO in PHP . break and continue works like GOTO but their impact
is not like of goto's.
