Hello,
I'm exec'ing an perl script and placing it in the background then
redirecting. This works fine except when I fire up a session. Eg:
<?
exec("/bin/myscript.pl &");
header("Location: someplace.com");
exit;
?>
Works as it should -- the redirection takes place without waiting for
the perl script to finish. However...
<?
session_start();
exec("/bin/myscript.pl &");
header("Location: someplace.com");
exit;
?>
Waits for the script to finish before redirecting. Not what I need.
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance!
