One of the Ph.D in my university (Technical University in Sofia -
http://www.tu-sofia.acad.bg) wants to make such a course
for the MS degree
course. Because the university system was studying 5 years and getting the
degree "computer engineer" this course will be new as the system moves to
Bachelor-Master-Ph.D system.
If you want more info drop me a letter.
