qDecoder or PHP ???

Hi all, I am an expirienced C programmer and new to PHP world. I am building an application using C,postgres and delphi which is almost done. Now I am looking the best way to access the data from the web. this is my dilima: I have a lot of C functions that handle the database and it whould be great if I could use them. It is important when I need to change something to change it once. On the other hand PHP is great!!! BUT I need to rewrite a lot of functions to access the database and retrieve data from it. what do you thing is the best for me? qDecoder, PHP or something else? thanks in advance, kostis.
