two problems, first is
session_start();
$arr = 4;
session_register('arr');
second is look at the path. '/tmp\sess_e4a8120f606dd307f29530bd5ff38f6e'
does that look right ? nope. check your php.ini. change the session temp
file to 'c:\temp' or something like that. then give it a try.
