Thats a good policy. I wouldn't let anybody connect remotly to my database
server.

The tech is a very good one, or he tried to lose you. :-)

Do you have console connection? Telnet, ssh? If so, dump your database, copy
it to the server of Fatcow, and reload it back to the database.
