While installing 4.06 on a new box I am seeing all kinds of errors with the
php_openssl and curl libraries. Doing a dependency walk I see I am in need
of a file called apphelp.dll. I can't find this on any installation disks
for w2k, 98 or NT. I have looked all over with no luck. Does anyone have a
clue as to where I might find this DLL? I have seen one mention of it being
part of MS' .net platform but I can't find it on the only beta discs I have.
Any ideas would be really appreciated.
