You can simply make a TCP connection to port 25 of that SMTP you have and
send this text:
helo my_name
mail from: server@myserver.com
rcpt to: my_email_address@mydomain.com
data
---- all the email body here ---
. (this is a DOT IN A SINGLE LINE!!)
then close the socket connection and the email is sent.
Easy to do (see manual, you have plenty of examples)

Hi, I need a script that, when executed, sends an e-mail to a specified
address. I don't have an SMTP server so I should use an external one. I've
seen many scripts for web mail but they are all too complicated.
