MSSQL Function like mysql_insert_id?

Is there a way to pull out the last auto_increment id of a insert statement in
MSSQL like the one that is avaliable for MySQL (namely mysql_insert_id)?
I'm inserting a record and would like to know the value of the unique key so I
can pass that to another page right away.
