Sorry, I´ve repaired that and the new code is:

header( 'HTTP/1.0 401 Unauthorized' );

and the new problem is a 500 error:
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable
to complete your request.
and the log error file says:
[Wed Nov 07 20:14:02 2001] [error] [client 127.0.0.1] malformed header from
script. Bad header=HTTP/1.0 401 Unauthorized: c:/php4/php.exe
