I recently re-installed php4 4.0.3 on apache 1.13 as a module (on debian
2.2 r3), and for some reason when i hit the site it's trying to download the
PHP file instead of parsing and showing the page.
I believe I made all the necessary additions to the srm.conf and httpd.conf
including:
DirectoryIndex index.php index.html index.htm
AddType application/x-httpd-php4 .php
AddHandler php4-script .php .php3 .php4 .phtml # but i think this is only
for PHP as CGI
LoadModule php4_module /usr/lib/apache/1.3/libphp4.so
and restarted apache (apachectl restart)...but still nothing. I apologize
if this is too newbie. Any help is appreciated!
Thanks,
Rory
